COBS - New analysis feature 2

A new feature has been added to COBS analysis page enabling the observer to plot the date of perihelion on the lightcurve graph.
By checking the date of perihelion feature, a blue line will appeare on the light curve showing the date of the last perihelion of the comet.
The perihelion date is received from the MPC database, those it may sometimes take a little time.
